.Berbekam. Bestkah?

Assalamualaikum mommies semua...

Apa khabar mommies dan babies? Sabtu yang lalu, hubby dan saya pergi berbekam di Pusat Rawatan Imantherapy di Putatan, Sabah.

NIAT di hati mmg dah ade lame, sbb selalu migraine dr time belajar dulu. Skarang alhamdulillah dah jumpe tempat yang sesuai untuk berbekam. Untuk first-timer mcm saya ni, perasaan takut mmg ade. Especially bile pikir pakai jarum smpi keluar darah. Secara visualnya, mmg menakutkan. Tetapi percayalah, dgn penerangan yg diberi, reda sikit ketakutan. (Kak Siti siap tunjuk jarum dan alat yg akan digunakan. Sabar btul melayan karenah) Bile dah start, TAK RASE SAKIT PUN! Geli ade la!! Percaya x?? Betul....

Jadi, saya pun berniat utk war-war kan rawatan bekam yg sebelum ini membuatkan saya takut. Tp sbb dh selalu sakit, try je dan ternyata BEST!

Bekam ni bnyk khasiat tau! Korang boleh bc kt gamba bwh ni atau google je. Yg diberitahu oleh kak siti, berbekam adalah rawatan yg direct. Mksdnye penyakit tu kuar direct, lagi cepat dr berurut. Dan kalau untuk mengeluarkan makhluk halus yg degil pn, boleh melalui berbekam.

Waktu yg disarankan utk berbekam adalah pertengahan BULAN ISLAM. Iaitu 15,17 atau 19hb setiap bulan. Tapi kalau nk waktu2 lain pun boleh je. Disarankan utk berbekam setiap bulan, kecuali penyakit kronik mcm kanser tu, buat 2 minggu sekali.
